Goal: Launch Bopbop as a playful accessorizing brand with a strong point of view.

Objective: Build out the Bopbop product world, delivering an aesthetic worldview, product & color direction, and a high-frequency drop strategy.

Deliverables: Shaped merchandising, positioning, product strategy, and color direction in close collaboration with founder Elshane. Built internal lineplans with costing, units, and financial projections for evergreen client use.
